On Friday it was finally time to present our sketch. In our story the queen and three robbers stole money from a bank, but a while later they all were caught. (Noah)
I liked to speak only English and to learn more English words. I liked the British accent of our teachers Theresa and Samuel and I tried to talk a bit like them. (Marija)
On the first day it was a bit difficult to speak English all day long, but you get better day by day.
It was a special feeling to be in a group with students from other classes. Due to Corona we had not been able to do this so far! (Thomas)
It was exciting to learn about rules in English schools and many important facts about Great Britain and London. We all had great fun planning and acting out a show. (Leonie)
I impoved my knowledge of the English language a lot and I liked it that the focus was on speaking. (Ida)
I enjoyed our English week a lot. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot. (Sasa)
One of my highlights of this week was our cooking-video of a “Kaiserschmarrn”. In the sports lesson we tried to play baseball. It was difficult for me to hit the bat. All in all it was a great week. (Theresa)
In the English week my teachers were Teresa and Samuel – both were very friendly and funny. It was great fun to learn with them because we often played English games. (Laura)
In the show on Friday we faked a bank robbery. I had the role of a bank customer who had to call the police. The rehearsals were totally funny. (Hannah)
One game I really liked was the drawing game: we had to draw something on the blackboard and the others had to guess what it was. (Gudrun)
In the end it was a funny week, I would do it again! (Marie)
Funny, nice and cool – I think these three adjectives describe our English week perfectly! What I also really liked about the English week was that we had a week not only together with our class but also with the other two classes! (Lena)
